Comfortable Business Hotel Vibe

Liked: Extremely clean and new feeling hotel. Terrific restaurants, wonderful lobby. Comfortable beds, basic yet modern clean rooms.
Disliked: TV had no streaming options. Food in the special access floor / lounge was subpar. We were upsold on a “great room” and the special floor that includes breakfast and snacks. The rooms are identical in the hotel, so other than being in a higher floor, the lackluster food for an extra $60 per night was absolutely not worth it. Avoid.

Best Place to Stay in...

Liked: The hotel's location is the best. It is within walking distance of the cafes and shops around the Polanco district. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing. The variety and quality of the food were top-notch. The rooms were comfortable and big enough.
Disliked: The hotel was expensive, but it worth the stay.
