What a great hotel - staff was friendly and rooms were very nice. Food was a good value and great taste. We would go back and stay when down in the city.

Liked: We will return to McCormick Place. We had an excellent view of downtown and the lake from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The 24 hour bus pass made it very convenient to go to all the sights.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a bar with live music on the location.

Everything was great with my stay in the hotel. The staff was great with the reservations, with all the accommodations. The front desk was very hospitable. The room was very, very nice and had a great lake view. Room service was excellent - I will stay there again and again. Thanks to all of the staff for making us feel comfortable.

Liked: I liked the view from the south tower and the location because it was near plenty of restaurants. Also it was close to the tourist attractions downtown.
Disliked: You could tell the room had been recently remodeled. For example you could see where the ceiling was cut in the bathroom. Also paint was chipped off the bathroom door.

Liked: Location and amenities with the hotel.
Disliked: The cost - it was pretty pricey and maybe look at giving a third night discount.

Liked: It was nice that the hotel was connected to McCormick Place as that is where we spent our whole weekend. It was nice not needing to sign into wi-fi only once for the entire stay.
Disliked: Paper coffee cups in our room? Seriously? Paper? I should be able to pay for my parking at the desk at the time of checkout. The kiosks are not user friendly. I still have no idea what the keycard with the green dot was to be used for.
