Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Chicago

What a great hotel - staff was friendly and rooms were very nice. Food was a good value and great taste. We would go back and stay when down in the city.

Liked: Great value for the money close to where we were going to a concert.
Disliked: None.

Liked: We will return to McCormick Place. We had an excellent view of downtown and the lake from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The 24 hour bus pass made it very convenient to go to all the sights.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a bar with live music on the location.

Everything was great with my stay in the hotel. The staff was great with the reservations, with all the accommodations. The front desk was very hospitable. The room was very, very nice and had a great lake view. Room service was excellent - I will stay there again and again. Thanks to all of the staff for making us feel comfortable.

Liked: The hotel looked nice, the staff were so nice as people. The location was great!
Disliked: The pool was broken and having hyper energy children! We needed a pool! Or they could have told us when we check in that it wasn’t working. The refrigerator in my room 1270 was broken! All my baby bottles, food, and restaurant food went bad!!! I still have the incorrect charge pending on my credit card! This just ridiculous. You have to pay for parking at the hotel you staying at! Stupid!

Liked: Wonderful location and many amenities The food and beverage at the market place is very expensive. But the staff and the rooms were great! I always think hotel rooms can be cleaner, and they could just make sure to continue their sanitation levels are at a high standard.
Disliked: Market Place for food and drink is very expensive; I understand cost of living is high but it is outrageously priced.
