Liked: Good location, friendly staff. Our AC wasn’t working so they comped our entire stay!
Disliked: The AC was broken and there were no more rooms available

Disliked: We waited for over an hour trying to check in and the front desk didn’t even know if rooms were available even though we had a reservation. We left after waiting an hour and a half.

Disliked: I waited two hours in line to check in, I ended up going to a different hotel nearby after I got tired and the line wasn’t moving. There was no communication between the front desk and the guests, everybody was wondering what could be the issue at 1030pm at night.

Liked: Hotel lobby was clean and impressive looking. Staff was welcoming, professional and friendly.
Disliked: We arrived late to our hotel (830pm) and got up to our room where to floor was soaked in 2 locations. Then at 945 the alarms went off and we had to evacuate. We returned inside within an hour. But this caused lost sleep for my 5year old. The hot water didn't stay warm in the shower, which was very disappointing
