Exceptional

It was alright

Liked: I liked the room it was alright, tv didnt work, sink was leaking, breakfast was closed, pool wasnt open, it was really loud at night lots of people yelling
Disliked: Had to drive whereever you wanted to go and couldnt watch a movie and couldnt sleep bc people were so loud. It was way over priced overall i would rate this hotel 3 stars

Liked: The area was nice. Received some complimentary dinner and breakfast from the Hyatt for our troubles.
Disliked: It took over an hour to check in only to be told the hotel was overbooked and we would have to stay at the holiday inn express , on the Hyatt. Well nice and all but that is not what I booked! I arrived at 10:40 with my family and was finally settled in a room at the holiday inn at 12:15. Well the holiday in. Was out of blankets and pillows for the sofa bed, mind you at the Hyatt we had 2 beds! All around very inconvenient and stressful weekend!
