Overall we had the most amazing time. The location is perfect. I cannot wait to go back!

Liked: Clean and the pool was beautiful.
Disliked: Hot tub had some small moths. I got out the first night because it was a bit gross.

Liked: The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and close to shops and restaurants. The lobby and common areas felt modern and inviting, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Disliked: General parking if you parked yourself was pricey because it was only $5 more to get valet, which we did. It was convenient but I feel it could've been a little cheaper. The room could use a few more modern touches compared to the rest of the hotel. The vanity light didn't work very well. The shower handle was too hard to turn at first. I didn't want to break it on accident but it would've been nice to know which direction to turn the knob so that it turned on.

Disliked: Cost of basic items. Banana = $3+ and soda=$4+. But food and drinks in the restaurant are regular prices.

Beautiful hotel with great staff...

Liked: Great location right next to the convention center and a short walk to many restaurants.
Disliked: Expensive food with a long wait at the lobby restaurant.

Liked: Excellent view. Enjoyed the short walk to the convention center. All of the elevators were working this year so we were able to get places quickly and efficiently. The place was very clean and the staff was terrific.
Disliked: You need new pillows! Very sad trying to sleep on pillows that have seen much better days. It worked out but I booked 2 rooms back in February thinking they'd be next to each other but they weren't. I also booked for 4 in a room but the room was set for 2. We made it work anyway.
