Liked: The view from my room was amazing I was able to see the cruise come in and it just great. The only thing I would complain about was that I was not told was I was charged a few for the location. To be honest yes the location was amazing it was close to everything there but to charge a fee for that it is not right and if you are going to charge a fee let the customer know ahead of time. I just think it was not right because the hotel is not cheap at all so to charge an extra fee was uncalled for. I do have to say the check in was fast excellent customer service.
Disliked: What I didn't like that I express in my comments before was the extra fee they charged me for the location and I was not told ahead of time.

Disappointed with hotel and condition...
Liked: Location, Sally in valet area was very helpful and customer friendly. Evelyn excellent customer service. housekeeper and friendly.
Disliked: Tired property! Outdated. Lack of clean rugs from elevator area, hallways and room. Same crumbs and dirt in front of elevator over my 3 day stay. Time to replace. Showers had no handle bars while stepping into tub for shower. Refresh and deep cleaning throughout and paint needed. TV size is excessive for a small room. Hyatt over the top expensive due to location. Only really good thing is location.

Would definitely stay sgain
Liked: Clean, nice beach view from room, walkable 10minutes to to beach, aquarium, restaurants, and shopping.
Disliked: The walls are like tissue paper. Could hear every little noise/voice from other rooms and in the hallways

Disliked: There are several incidents that need to be addressed:When we arrived at the hotel, the reservation stated "Double Room with Two Double Beds and Harbor View - High Floor," but we were given a single room with double beds.We chose this hotel because it was very close to the Robotics Competition venue. However, we had to walk around every day because the connecting door was closed due to other events. We should have booked Westin or Marriott instead, as they are located directly across from the competition venue and were also cheaper compared to Hyatt.The room service was terrible. The housekeeping staff saw that three of us were staying in the room but provided only two towels. Coffee/tea was not supplied unless specifically requested, and a lid for the cups was never provided.Other than these issues, everything else was fine.
