Fantastic location for ABBA Voyage and exploring East London. Would definitely come again.
Liked: Spotlessly clean; very spacious; quality furniture and finishes.
Disliked: Pillows too soft. Would benefit from a lower tog duvet.

This hotel was located perfectly for the purpose of our visit; concert at Abba Arena. On arrival we were greeted by excellent friendly 'concierge' staff and directed to reception on third floor. After a wait for our room to become available, we were allocated one on the 6th floor. We were met by what I would describe as a stink from smelly shoes, socks and shin pads, along with hockey sticks all along the corridor. As well being unpleasant, these constituted trip hazards. Room was simple with clean lines; a minimalist style that we like. Bathroom was great with a really good shower and powerful fan to prevent steaming up. Bed was very comfortable and king size. Bar staff were very friendly although process for ordering was a little haphazard. There was a nice outdoor terrace attached to the bar. There was a policy of not allowing consumption of externally bought products on the terrace. This is unsurprising, but the policy was inconsistently applied. When I tried to enjoy an iced coffee from Starbucks along with a cup cake in order to celebrate my birthday, I was advised in a curt manner that I’d have to retreat to my bedroom for that purpose. This was disappointing as I’d been alerted to having my snack. The terrace as a family were enjoying a Starbucks the previous morning with no adverse impact. Consistency is key. Everyone must be treated fairly.Final point is about checkout. I was told ‘everything is done’, card authorisations complete and I’d had no opportunity to check the bills first. There were discrepancies when I finally got printed copies, as it happens. I was also unhappy about the Hyatt loyalty points application. Not credited when using a ‘booking engine’ apparently. So, in summary, the choice pay more and get some points by going direct through Hyatt or pay less but get no loyalty points when using a booking engine. This policy is broken if you ask me.
Liked: Location; ground floor staff; room.
Disliked: Lack of loyalty points; inconsistent application of policy; checkout process; smelly and dangerous corridors.

Hotel great spot and easy parking in Westfield Centre. Also very close to DLR. Bar food was poor - cold and wrong order. Breakfast wasn't much better but hotel was very busy so maybe give them a little credit. Bar and breakfast close promptly with lights on, doors closed exactly on time. Certainly not relaxing or pleasant.
Liked: Hotel location; room.
Disliked: Food.

Excellent hotel in the middle...
Liked: A great hotel literally in the centre of Westfield, the staff are very polite and attentive, the room was very comfortable and the shower was amazing, special mention for Claudio for making me a proper coffee rather than the machine and waving the fee, legend.
Disliked: This hotel can be difficult to find as no ability to drive up and drop bags, you need to park in Car Park B and its across from Hugo Boss store. If you struggle to walk ask for a room at the lift end of the floor as the corridor it proper long!!

Loved the room, but not...
Liked: Loved the room and how comfortable the bed was! Also, wonderful customer service from the gentleman late at night who gave us a late checkout.
Disliked: The lady we spoke to when we checked in originally. She was extremely condescending and I don't usually say this but I didn't feel comfortable. I asked about parking as it was mentioned on booking.com it would be around £16 but when we parked in Westfield Stratford carpark it said £25 for 24 hours. She told us that no one had ever asked about parking prices before. She then put us through to speak to the concierge who said £25 was correct and the information on the website it incorrect. We weren't given any form of apology for the incorrect information or for her lack of information. She completely ignored it and went on to check out information and highlight that we were here for 1 night only. I was there for work and a stop over and do not think I need to justify my stay to anyone. I have paid for a service I did not receive. The lady who was standing in the row first, tried to give some alternatives for parking out which was very much appreciated but the lady next to her (number 2) who was serving us gave no help whatsoever. The whole interaction felt off and rushed. There wasn't a queue behind us, so I didn't understand the need to hurry us up.

Not a Four Star Hotel.
Liked: Location but google maps took me to the wrong place when walking.
Disliked: Having to leave 1.00pm on the dot. The cleaner knocked on the door at 12.45 and then again at 1.00pm - very rude.

Very poor
Liked: The staff were very good especially reuben in the restaurant who was excellent, we love the location and the food was also very good.
Disliked: We were very, very disappointed with the advertising for the room as we booked expecting the room as we have had previously but didn't realise we had actually booked a disabled room.which was not clear when booking. We were very. Very disappointed with the room, not only was it a shock that it wasn't the room that we expected but there were empty contact lense cases left in the room from previous guests, stains on the carpet which I have pictures of both and the most disgusting smell in the bathroom, it actually made you feel sick we think it was sewage/ drains, we did report all of the problems and we were finding the smell so awful that we asked a person from reception to come up and smell for themselves to which they fully agreed that it was dreadful and got housekeeping to come straight away, bleach was put down drains but smell did return. Unfortunately we had to put up with all the above problems as the hotel was full. It was a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay for us I'm afraid.

Perfect in every way.
Liked: Carlos was amazing from the moment he checked me in. The room was spacious and WiFI connection was amazing. I was attending an event which was a 1 minute walk from the hotel.

Superb
Liked: Location has great connections - direct Elizabeth line from Heathrow airport, several lines to city center.Friendly and supportive personnel (both at the reception, cleaning ladies but also concierge guys that helped me with taxi couple of times
Disliked: just 2 comments - although the room/floor was non smoking you could smell smoke at the entrance of the elevators but my wife insisted also at the room (not heavy though).- poor Wifi speed during the weekend (weekdays was perfect!
