Basically I felt alright!
Liked: Nice
Disliked: Noise at late night made me feel the isolation of the hotel rooms night as well. My room number was 727

Learn customer service skills.
Liked: The young man that checked me in and bartender were great! The facility is dated but comfortable.
Disliked: When I checked in, the young man that did so advised it wouldn’t be a problem to extend another night. The next morning the lady attendant made it an absolute hassle to do so. She should not be customer facing. So I booked a different hotel. Because of her, I will never stay at this location again.

Disappointing due to inability of...
Liked: The lobby area was nice.
Disliked: They did not have our choice of rooms which ruined the point of our romantic stay (offering only 2 double beds instead of one king). They seemed to not care and the manager failed to contact me to discuss. The hotel rooms/hallways feel dated and dirty. A full refresh is needed.

Hotel worked for one night,...
Liked: The lobby and pool was very nice.
Disliked: My room hadn’t been vacuumed or wiped down… there was bottle caps by the bed and bathroom vanity, water rings from cups that were there when I walked in the room. I stayed on a non smoking floor and my entire room and the couch especially smelled of cigarettes. Peep hole in the door was about to fall out. Black hair in the bathroom and some of the lights didn’t work.

Location was suitable but not...
Liked: Located super close to where we needed to be
Disliked: The shower was extremely hard in pressure, and the tub was slanted caused the water to leak in the floor. The elevators (only 3) for 13 floors for a super busy hotel. You have to leave even earlier so you can account for the 5 plus minute wait for the elevator. No vending machines for drinks, have to go to the front desk where they’ll charge water to your room and not allow you to pay for it then. Their reasoning for no vending machines is they got broken into too much….. the electrical outlet situation in the room was non existent as well. In order to plug the iron in, we either had to move furniture and unplug something or be ironing in the bathroom while someone else was getting ready which cause for some tight quarters. I was only there for one night, and it served its purpose, not somewhere I’d stay longer or again.

Rooms were not ready and...
Liked: They tried to accommodate us as best as they could. They just didn’t know how to best fix the issue.
Disliked: Room was not ready by 6 PM. Had to switch room three times. Wasn’t able to get into a room until we got back from an event at midnight. Beds were too small for two people. Did not realize that the couch had a pull out bed in it. They were noisy neighbors all night, long slamming doors and yelling.

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Old rundown dirty,When we got to our room, our AC was off and it was 100° outside.The room was dirty and I’ll date it. It’s not worth the value very disappointed for a hotel that is name holds a big reputation.
