Disliked: We paid $800 for two nights, this hotel should have been immaculate but it wasn’t. First room smelled horrible and had dirt marks all over the walls, bedding had dirt marks, walls were filthy. Went down to desk, they moved us into another room, it didn’t smell and the bedding was ok. Next morning I went to shower and there was mold on the ceiling, tub was slippery and about fell. Mold on the walls in the shower. Went to the desk and was told they’d move us again. I said no because we already had our stuff out. Asked for some sort of refund, didn’t have to be huge but for paying $800, I thought we should get something from them. I was told that since I booked through Booking.com, they wouldn’t do anything because booking.com had to get their money too. That was ridiculous since I paid at the hotel to begin with. We will never stay at a Hyatt again. We’ve always stayed at places that were cheaper such as Wyndham hotels and Holiday Inns, thought it’d be nice to stay at a more fancier hotel and have a great stay. Never again.
