The customer service was excellent. The room was extremely comfortable. The bar area was amazing. This hotel was awesome. We did not want to leave!

Liked: Pool, jacuzzi, comfort of rooms
Disliked: Overpriced rooms, paid overpriced parking, paid breakfast (breakfast should be included in room price), elevators were few and slow and crowded, absence of stairway to the lobby, absence of locks for the bathroom, super small eefregiratkrs, early check-out.

Overall great

Liked: Large variety in the breakfast buffet, well worth paying the extra.
Disliked: No customer parking while checking in, parking was a bit confusing.

I would def coming again,

Liked: Property is well kept and so relaxing! The staff is amazingly nice!
Disliked: I wish there was more to walk to but you have a couple of good shops within a mile
