Liked: Clean, good breakfast, central location.
Disliked: The check in was delayed 35 minutes and we had to wait while we were tired for the room to be ready. Although from the moment we booked I stressed the importance of the view of the room and eventually the room that was selected by the hotel for us has a blocked view, which I had to go down to the receptionist and complain to get a different room, which was to our disappointment even in a lower floor. The receptionist didn't explain the location of the facilities e.g., swimming pool, breakfast and breakfast time to us although he was doing it for others while we were waiting for the room to be ready, and I had to ask him if he would kindly provide me with the information. I was expecting the experience to be better from such a 5 star hotel. I will not book here again.

Liked: We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Cologne with our family and absolutely loved it. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location is great — easily accessible even from the main train station. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was the stunning view of Cologne Cathedral right from the hotel. We were truly impressed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Disliked: Quality of Breakfast and particularly the awful coffee not worth the price, should have gone elsewhere.
