Disliked: Hello. I also wrote to the hotel directly, but I haven't received a response. The drilling noise hasn't stopped since 9:00 a.m. Also, $980 was supposed to be charged to my card, but $1,108 was actually charged.

Pool time fun and great...

Liked: First off Veronica at the front desk set the tone. She was amazing, so friendly, warm, and accommodating. Honestly, she's a star hire. She helped us with last-minute questions and requests. The size of the room was amazing, especially for a toddler to run around. It was also updated and very clean. Also loved the pool experience and hanging out near the water slides our kids loved it. Lastly we enjoyed breakfast it was very nice layout with good options. We definitely would come here for another staycation for the pool alone.
Disliked: The water bottles in the room should be available to all guests, not just Hyatt members. If you're staying at the hotel you should get the water bottles. Last, there should be trash cans near the elevator on each floor.
