Liked: Its a beautiful place its very family oriented but also its a great place to go with friends.or a intimate setting for two.it has everything for all types of leisure.very beautiful place friendly service..and quick way to the beach
Disliked: The only things I didn't like was the food court it wasn't super bad but the three places I went to were not that great no flavor in the food for the price.the Starbucks employees never called my name when they said they would when I went to the conter after waiting almost 15-20min for a frap my drink was just sitting there well the three employees were just standing there talking to each other. Letting my drink melt I was the only costumer waiting on a drink they could have told me..like miss your drink is ready but didn't I was in there view so they seen me sitting there with my young daughter waiting and never bothered to notify me it was ready

Beach getaway

Liked: The hotel is beautiful! Staff is friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early, and get an upgrade. I loved being so close to the beach. We overlooked the fish pond, which was nice. The room had a cute little deck which we enjoyed. This is a very family friendly hotel.
Disliked: I felt like I was staying at great wolf lodge. There were kids everywhere! There were infants in the lobby running around in diapers! With overlooking the fish pond comes a lot of noise. PCH wasn't the issue. It was the constant dragging of chairs from the restaurant. There is only valet, which is ok, but that is just not mentioned with anywhere when booking.

Liked: Great location, roght next to beach.
Disliked: This not 5 star hot. This hotel does not worth of $1400 for a room for 2 days. I have been in many hotels around the world. Im well infrmed what is like of staying 5 star hotel. Rooms are very old. I mean its ok but no way its close to 5 start. Based on my experience, I score the rooms between 3-4. I regret spending that much money. I could get better hotel for 400$ in LA. Now Im thinking, 5 stat on booking was earned through bots.
