My staff was fantastic

Liked: A particular staff, Linda was very helpful when I had issues with my card. Linda is a must keep international travelers like us who make experiences cards malfunction once in a while

Fabulous!

Liked: Amazing hotel! The staff are super friendly and willing to help, the pool is great, the rooms are very comfortable, and the restaurant/bar serves delicious food.
Disliked: Nothing :)

Amazing and delightful relaxing and...

Liked: Loved how clean and the room was how amazing the front desk team is. How helpful and professional everyone was including management I am absolutely delighted I will most definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Valet is a bit crazy busy self parking is an option but you have to get your steps in.

Great relax before heading to...

Liked: Lovely hotel with lovely big rooms. Had a great meal in the restaurant and enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: Nothing negative at all

Very good

Liked: The staff at breakfast were phenomenal even though the food options were limited. They ensure that you got the best of what the hotel had to offer and allow you take out food. Worthy of mention are Silvia and Juliett.
Disliked: The hotel can add on more intercontinental options to the breakfast buffet spread.
