Room and customer service from...

Liked: Big and nice room
Disliked: Housekeeping does not speak one word of english. Communication was via mimicking.Asked if the lady at the kiosk/store if she could change a 20 dollar bill and she just said no without even trying. Asked the man at the bar and he went to the office and changed it for me right away.

Perfect stay!

Liked: Perfect location. Good breakfast. Our server Silva was the best! She totally exceeded our expectations! Always had a smile and even arranged our table with the items we’ve ordered the day before. Valet has also a great service there!
Disliked: No beverages inside the minibar.

Exceeded my expectations.

Liked: Wonderfull stay at Hyatt Regency. It's worth every cost paid. The staff was great! So kind and helpful! I will not forget Jullette and Silvia in a hurry. They made our stay beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic, so fresh, so delicious. Parking was well organised with the valet parking.
Disliked: Loved everything! Thank you for a beautiful stay.
