Liked: Location is very central and if you like shopping it is very close to the galleria
Disliked: Everything else, the lobby had a very foul smell to be honest.

Nice room but too noisy

Liked: Nice room, very clean. Great shower.
Disliked: Extremely noisy. There was so much noise in the lobby from crowded bar and restaurant that It was hard to hear the front desk attendant when checking in. Guests were noisy and disrespectful all night long. Also breakfast was noted as included on our reservation and that was not honored by the hotel.

Great place to stay!

Liked: It was beautiful. The rooms were clean and smelled clean! The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The smoking area needs to be moved a little farther out. Too close to front door.

An amazing stay with wonderful...

Liked: The room was gorgeous, and the staff were all so friendly. I especially appreciated the valet guys, as they always opened the door for me when I was carrying around a handful of business paperwork.
Disliked: The TV casting wasn't as straight forward as I would have hoped. I had to get an engineer to come into my hotel room to guide me through it.
