room for improvement

Liked: the staff were amazing and the location was great.
Disliked: The room needed a deep clean; the duvet felt like the feathers were stuck together in clumps and not comfortable (perhaps tumble dried at a high heat) and the sheets whilst clean were stained. Lastly the toilet did not always flush and the entrance door had a problem closing without catching on the door frame. I reported these things but nothing was done.

Good stay despite the hurricane

Liked: Location and staff flexibility during hurricane event
Disliked: The new valet supplier. More than 50 % of the advanced requests were not met due to high volume of requests but when I came down there were almost no cars in the lot.
