Disliked: Short on staff, I called the front desk several times and no one picked up. Water pressure in the shower was very low and I didnt have hot water the last day try to call someone to come and fix it no one picked up the phone. They also charge 90 dollar for 2 nights of parking. No self parking

We really enjoyed the service...
Liked: The service was exceptional. Everyone showed they were genuinely happy to serve you and treated us with respect. The room was very nice with a great view of the city! The concierge service was exceptional as well.
Disliked: No complaints at all!

Never again staying anywhere less...
Liked: The initial check in was easy but we wanted to upgrade the room and were told no additional rooms were available.
The first room was very dirty it had hair in the bed under the sheets and random fluid on the walls. The room floor was coffee stained and the couch also had hair and crumbs on it. We were moved to another space but that was traumatic especially for travel in a pandemic.
We really liked the valet staff they were friendly professional and fast moving
Disliked: The cleaning and disinfecting of the environment needs to be more present. Majority of the hand sanitizer stations were empty , especially on the elevators with such high traffic, the pool should have fresh towels for the guests to use as should the fitness center.
