The bug bites from furniture...
Liked: Nice room and building
Disliked: - Parking is very expensive for a place largely in a suburban area - The Restaurant was closed the entire 3 days I was there. Bit ore notice given at booking time - I reported being bitten by bugs whenever I sat in the chaise lounge in my room. Staff even took photos of my bites. No one ever responded or followed up - Terrible room service (if you could call it that). - Tiny tiny fitness facility -Club room area very neglected and barren - Not allowed to buy and bring your own bottle of wine to your room. - Hotel is run like it?s going out of business or being sold soon. - I use to live in the area near the hotel. This hotel used to be very upscale... has gone way down hill. The bug bites, non-responsive management to it, price gauging for parking and no real fitness or spa facility makes this place a 3 star

Liked: The atrium, and the outside seating, nice view.
Disliked: No coffee maker in the room. And the pool to small for such a huge Hotel.

Disliked: I asked the stuff to change my bed sheets as they are not clean, they never did it for my three night stays.

Liked: Rooms were quiet, breakfast choices were good, bathroom very clean, comfortable bed. The atrium was a nice place to sit and/or meet up with people since it was too hot outside. Easy check in and check out. Housekeeping staff immediately attentive to requests for more water bottles.
Disliked: Town water main broke and guests were without water for the morning. Hotel could have sent messages to the guests about what was happening and apologized for inconvenience upon check out. Not their fault, but would have been good customer service. Also, we were part of a wedding party, but did not receive welcome bags because we booked through Booking.com
