Disliked: There were two light bulbs out and one lamp didn’t work in Room 2104

Overall fantastic hotel, just skip...

Liked: Beautiful rooms, quiet, comfortable beds, really nice touches (light dimmers etc.) facing a lovely inner covered atrium. This hotel was overall wonderful and we'd definitely stay here again when visiting family in Greenwich.
Disliked: The room service for breakfast was really lacking. I don't know if this is a remnant from covid, but everything came in takeout form with plastic everything. Wish they had everything properly plated on a rollaway tray because it made the whole experience really overpriced for a cheap takeout style breakfast. They also forgot to bring the milk we requested for the coffee and even after we called for them to bring some up they never did. They need to fix that asap if they want to be seen as a respectable hotel.

Liked: Renovated property. Good location
Disliked: Room service is too slow. Takes 45 mins just to bring warm milk to the room. No restaurant for breakfast, only a cafe but no serviced breakfast

Disliked: poor value for the money room telephone did not work as i needed to call for service.i then called from my cell phone the main # to housekeeping and there was no answer The room was a bare bones no face tissues
