Will not stay there again!

Liked: Convenience.
Disliked: Our room had no hair dryer. Our phone did not work. We called from our cell phone to get a hair dryer and also to report that the toilet did not flush. Someone was there working on it at midnight but did not get it fixed.

Disliked: We were told we could check in early and planned our trip accordingly. However when we arrived we were not allowed to check in until 2:45.

It was a nice stay. The construction in the lobby was a visual problem and we certainly didn't want to hang out there. The front desk folks were very helpful and nice.

Mistakes happen.

Liked: The staff was amazing, everything was stunning and comfortable and was family friendly. Our room was so great. Our air conditioning had some issues but that was fixed. The staff was so incredibly helpful and kind. I loved every one I met.
Disliked: There was a mistake made and we were double charged for our room, which would have been something we could have financially not freaked out if it was just an extra hundred or so dollars, but being accidentally charged an extra $900+ was less OK. Especially when it was the weekend so the situation couldn't even be fixed for at least 5 days according to them. It was just a mess on that aspect.

Not worth the money

Liked: The property was very clean and up to date on on appearance.
Disliked: I booked through booking.com. I booked a king size bed, for one night. When I arrived at the hotel the clerk said she was sorry that she didn’t have any king beds available, so she put us in a double queen bed room, for the same price. We checked in and got our keys and went up to the 6th floor only to discover that the room was already occupied. We went all the way back to the lobby to tell the clerk, to start with she thought that it wasn’t possible that someone was already in that room., that we were being untruthful. She finally believed us and got us another room, a king size bed, that she previously denied having available. It took us about 30 mins to get checked in. The next morning we went to the attached restaurant for breakfast only to pay 22 dollars a person plus tip for a breakfast buffet that wasn’t worth it. It was basically a continental breakfast where you had a waitress. And the food was subpar. I expected better from the hotel staff and the restaurant. For $350.00 a night I expected something better that I can get at a motel 8. Very disappointing.

Wonderful property, but wasn’t worth...

Liked: The location
Disliked: I was not included in the check in. I bought the room and used my credit card. Once i arrived to check in, I had to get verbal authorization from the guests I put on the room. (I purchased the room as a gift for newly weds) Then I was told that the edible arrangement was up in the room already. I went up and it wasn’t, and had to come back down. Also I wasn’t told about using the room key to go up on the elevator.
