Hyatt Regency Green Bay

They charge 10$ for parking and at 10pm there was none. I mean none; cars were parked in the aisles, on curbs etc. I am handicapped so it's not like I want to walk a mile to park and then get charged for parking. We also had a room on the top that obviously hadn't been used in awhile. Cobwebs in all the corners. There were no fitted sheets, they were just sheets that just get wrapped up. It was a very bad experience.

Liked: Close to wedding.
Disliked: Parking; room; sheets.

Liked: Toilet roll was reachable.
Disliked: My husband leaned back in the desk chair and it tipped over and he has a sore back now.

Would stay again but hope the bar staff was different

Disliked: The bar staff was not very nice

Superb

Liked: The room area was sublime. The huge TV was wonderful.
Disliked: Bring on second. Could hear traffic, the pool area And kids goofing on the elevator.

Everything you need but dated...

Liked: The hotel staff were friendly and other residents were very friendly too. Facilities good but we didn't use them. There is a bar, restaurant, snack shop and pool. Room was big with tv, seating area, desk, kitchenette, fridge, microwave
Disliked: The hotel is dated in both the layout and the rooms. For the price that we paid, I would have expected more up to date furnishings. It feels as though Hyatt have not invested in this hotel, but as it was my first stay with this chain, I am not sure. It doesn't feel like a 4 star, only 2 paper cups available, no cutlery. Located on the very edge of the town, like an industrial estate

Liked: Nice, clean lobby. Nice rooms. Very quiet.
Disliked: Since it used to be an Embassy and they have the space it would have been nice to have the breakfast included and happy hour in the evening.

Poor

Liked: Restaurant on-site
Disliked: Carpet In the room was wrinkled and dirty. The window in the room was dirty.
