Hyatt Regency Green Bay

They charge 10$ for parking and at 10pm there was none. I mean none; cars were parked in the aisles, on curbs etc. I am handicapped so it's not like I want to walk a mile to park and then get charged for parking. We also had a room on the top that obviously hadn't been used in awhile. Cobwebs in all the corners. There were no fitted sheets, they were just sheets that just get wrapped up. It was a very bad experience.

Disliked: My husband leaned back in the desk chair and it tipped over and he has a sore back now.

Would stay again but hope the bar staff was different

Liked: We loved the location and the hotel itself. My husband and I are always fans of a bedroom and a separate living area. It just allows us to relax in our own separate space after a day of touring. The staff was great and very accommodating. They took care of issues immediately and was helpful anytime we had a question. We had a great 4 night stay.
Disliked: The property is very gloomy, despite the skylight. The brown and black is depressing. This hotel would be absolutely stunning with brighter colors and some greenery. I did write this in another review and got a lovely response from the assistant office manager stating they would take my suggestions into consideration in future updates. I do think it would make an incredible difference. I love staying in hotels. It’s my Disney World so I like for my eyes to light up when I’m coming and going from my room.

Nice visit and nice rooms.

Liked: The size of the room was amazing. We only stayed one night, though. Very comfortable. Close to Lambeau and downtown.
Disliked: Someone set the alarm in both of our rooms to go off at 6:00 a.m. We did not set the alarm so it must have been set by default and went off in both of our rooms.
