They charge 10$ for parking and at 10pm there was none. I mean none; cars were parked in the aisles, on curbs etc. I am handicapped so it's not like I want to walk a mile to park and then get charged for parking. We also had a room on the top that obviously hadn't been used in awhile. Cobwebs in all the corners. There were no fitted sheets, they were just sheets that just get wrapped up. It was a very bad experience.

Liked: Close to wedding.
Disliked: Parking; room; sheets.

Liked: Toilet roll was reachable.
Disliked: My husband leaned back in the desk chair and it tipped over and he has a sore back now.

Would stay again but hope the bar staff was different

Liked: The pool and rooms and staff were friendly
Disliked: The elevators were slow with no other stair option unless it takes you outside, no parking spot at night

Felt overpriced.

Liked: the location was fine.
Disliked: Came for Packers family night and our room wasn’t ready at our scheduled check in time and I was given the reason of rooms not being cleaned and there were still 5 people ahead of me. As a business knowing it’s a huge attraction maybe staff better to suit the needs. That said the front desk staff was kind - one gentleman in particular. The toilet handle in our room doesn’t go back up on its own so it would run if you didn’t manually put it back up. The sofa bed which we expected to use was so terribly flat and awful that it was unusable. When you pay over $300 for a hotel room a night you expect it to be pretty nice all around not a toilet noise, a terrible mattress on a couch.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I liked the setup of the hotel and how it looked on the inside. The rooms were spacious.
Disliked: The elevators were slow and it was crazy on checkout day.
