Overall Nice property, nice dining...

Liked: Pool was a bit merky and full of debris. Breakfast was great! Rooms questionable, as I am very allergic to cat and dog hair. I wish Hyatt Hotels had designated areas and rooms for dogs. I don't care to eat or sleep where dogs have been.
Disliked: All the dogs and dog waste in and around the grounds.

Great place but misleading title...

Liked: The place is beautiful with great food options and huge. I can’t wait to go back
Disliked: The only issue we had was the shuttles to the park. We thought they would have them running regularly not only at set times. The staff told us we had to schedule them and the list only had few time options. The way the resort is presented with stating “free shuttle to the parks” was very misleading. We specifically chose this resort for this reason. Otherwise great place though that we will be coming back to.
