Wonderful stay for our family!

Liked: Very large beautiful resort property that was fun to explore with the family. My kids ages 2, 6, and 8 loved Merlot the parrot, the gorgeous pool, and walking the resort pathways. We did the included breakfast and it was really nicely done and super yummy! Our rooms were clean and the hotel staff were friendly! Ali our driver recommended by the hotel for airport shuttle was always on time, professional, and very nice.
Disliked: Wish there was a children’s playground, and there’s no club Hyatt for the kids to be dropped off at even though the website said it did. The hotelis updated, but it is an older property. The shuttle charter bus only had limited times like 8:45am to magic kingdom and 5:30pm pick up then 8:45 and 9:44 pick ups at Epcot. That was a bummer. Also not having a hotel to airport shuttle included.
