Disappointing and sad that there...
Liked: Did not have breakfast as it is served in plastic containers.
Disliked: I have been a customer of this particular location since 1999?Brought numerous Christmas Parties with companies that I was part if, few hundred people every time?This time around I was appalled by carelessness of some of he staff members and managers.As I was checking in there was a gentleman screaming at the front desk staff cause they locked him in an elevator while he was delivering food for a guest.It took good five minutes for someone from the office to come out and calm the situation down.On Friday June 4th I asked if they could clean my room and they explained that they can do the ?touch up? and full cleaning on Saturday.On Saturday, June 5th, I came back to my room around 4:15 and room was not clean, bed was not made as promised.Had to wait for 2.5 hours at the bar until it was done.Tuesday, no hot water in the shower.Talked to Ann from the office, she was very apologetic and took my number for manager to call me back.No one called me back.That afternoon once I got back I spoke Sharon from the front desk and all of sudden we were rudely inturapted by Human Resources Manager Rahil Sadozai asking ?What?s the problem ? disrespecting me as a guest and Sharon as an employee, only to get Jose to help me out.Half an hour later maintenance came and just told me there is hot water?in a way telling me that I came up with a problem.Next day my extension cord for fridge and coffee maker stopped working.When I asked for assistance manager told they went to check it and it works only to find out through a maintenance guy that he needed to replace it.I pu a complaint through Hyatt headquarters on Tuesday with Ashley and still no one called me back????Unacceptable and plain lack of care for the guest.My Case # CAS2622491.I have not had a general manager even call me to apologize and express his concern and empathy.
