Good place, we may back...
Liked: The amability of the staff was awesome
Disliked: The trip was due to my son birthday celebration, the only two request from him was to get the highiest possible room and the hotel must hace a pool, unfortunately the pool wasn’t in service when we arrive

Liked: The hotel was clean and nice. The entrance is beautiful. My family felt safe with yhe location of the hotel.
Disliked: Check-in took well over 25 minutes. First night, my children went swimming; and they were yelled at by an employee to get out. It was 11:10, and the pool closed at 11 pm. I had stepped out to request towels, and he yelled at them twice. I had told him as he walked in that we were leaving. I just had to get towels. When I went to the front desk to request towels, the older gentlemen was not very nice and gave me the impression that I was a bother. I waited another 10 minutes. There were 3 employees at the front desk, and they proceeded to just go among their regular business. It wasn't until i asked again when two of them were walking off that by that time, my 3 children were walking out wet because the man was not nice at all. After this incident, I just had my children walk up to the room wet. The two employees from the front desk stood next to the elevators and had a conversation about "what did she want us to do? We are not housekeeping." I stood and listened until they noticed me, in which they follwed me and asked," Oh, did you still need the towels?"Upon check out, an alcoholic beverage had been charged to my room, and I waited 30 minutes to get it taken care of. I feel like ID'ing guests at the dinner would be a great idea!
