Value for money

Liked: The hotel offers a trade price for location. It’s significantly more affordable than Chicago, but 45 minutes out. You will definitely ned a car. On the upside, free parking
Disliked: Not much. It’s a bit old, but things work and if not there is a motivated and helpful staff

It was a good stay.

Liked: The room is clean, although I found one ant in the room. The bed is comfortable. The TV is big.
Disliked: I would rate the stay 10/10 if not for the water. The water in the shower took a long time to get warm and it wasn't really hot neither did it stay warm.

Liked: Staff was friendly and welcoming. The bartender was great, real friendly and made sure all the people at the bar were taken care of. Ordered food from there and it was good. Only down fall was we where there to see someone graduate from the Navy, if the had some kind of car service that knew the area and where to go but thank goodness our Uber drive knew exactly where to go. Also the shower took a minute for the hot water, at one point we had to turn it off and wait a minute and turn it back on and then we got some hot water.Other then that, beautiful hotel and great price for our stay.
