Disliked: We experienced a few issues that were concerning. First day, we needed a new set of towels in the evening so we could shower in the morning and called down. Getting back 4 hrs later after dinner, no towels. Called st midnight and had them delivered. Next day we left the hotel at noon, returning after 6pm to find that our room has not been cleaned. Called down and they came up to take care of it, leaving small blue pool towels. Next day, more blue pool towels requiring us to call down again. Overall, the maid service was terrible

Staff very friendly!

Disliked: Pool needed chemical treatment - Very clean and beautiful setting, but the water was very cloudy - Couldn't see through it. As a previous owner of a pool, this can be dangerous.
