This was our second time...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent they have a little bit of everything.

Kids had a great time...

Liked: The slides and lazy river for the kids
Disliked: My friend got upgraded without asking, so I asked the lady at the front desk and she said they were full then the room I got had a bad smell, husband called for upgrade, we got it with extra charge. No one that works there acknowledged you. The beach bad idea, between their very limit schedule, one boat for drops and picks up and the waiting under the sun, and not enough chairs at the beach , a bad struggle for the little ones

An amazing trip with family...

Liked: The hotel lobby was magnificent, and the rooms were lovely. The pool and water activities kept the children entertained all weekend, and the cool water temp of the pool was VERY refreshing on the 100+ degree days.The staff were all friendly and did their jobs well and with a smile on their faces.
Disliked: The pillows! We ordered more to the room, and still had to double and triple them up to get a decent night sleep.The pool areas were not cleaned when we went to get chairs at 8am, which probably explains why the bird population is so high.

Superb

Liked: Modern, clean and very friendly staff
Disliked: There were not nearly enough tubes available. I have been to this hotel a few times before and it’s always been great. I was disappointed that there were hours when we could not get a tube and we were never able to get a double tube during our whole stay.

We had a great time...

Liked: Beautiful layout and fun areas for kids.
Disliked: I don’t like having to pay to self park when the hotel is already expensive as is.

Overpriced

Liked: Bartenders were great!
Disliked: The Country kitchen restaurant was terrible.The food was awful

We enjoyed our stay, but...

Liked: Breakfast buffet was fantastic.Staff was very attentive.Your front staff Emily and Ashley accommodating, our rooms we were offered were not great they found us a great room and made us happy
Disliked: A few ice cream stands out by the pool would have been great

We had the best time...

Liked: The property was amazing we loved all the amenities and the kids especially loved it!
Disliked: Nothing!
