Liked: Great location, amazing customer service, fun pool and activities for families and adults. Easy access to everything on Clearwater Beach. We would stay here again.
Disliked: Pull out bed is very uncomfortable, even for a child, and it desperately needed an upgraded mattress. We will do something different next time since this wasn?t a comfortable option for one of our kids. We are a family of 5. The queen bedding was also very thin and could use an upgrade.

Best resort hotel I?ve stayed...

Liked: Everything! Great location, cool bars and restaurants, super comfortable bed and pillows, and the staff were all awesome.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Great Location - extremely small...

Liked: The location is fantastic! Loved the view from the balcony.
Disliked: We arrived a bit early and left our luggage downstairs with the front desk staff. We were told it would be taken to our room as soon as possible. - it was not! We came to the room three h later and were ready to shower, and our stuff was not there. We called the front desk and in 10 min got our luggage but not all. They had to search for another bag. The pool is tiny for this size of the hotel. The pool was crowded, and kids were jumping all around, splashing our drinks and food. There was a small kiddie pool, but no one utilized it, and all small, big kids, adults were in this pool that is not equipped to handle everyone, and the hotel was not as busy. At the check-out, we called the front desk to get our car pulled upfront ( valet parking )- no problem, 10 min max, they said. We came down in 15 min and no car. It turns out no one asked the valet to bring our car in the first place. We had to wait another 25 min as they were servicing other people.

Disliked: Price. Our room was given to us and there was already someone on the room

Superb

Liked: The staff, the views and the location.
Disliked: The bedding was adequate, but the towels were well worn and quite rough. Also, our freezer kept grinding. Maintenance came twice, we had to sleep with a box fan on.

Liked: Loved location , did not like being charged for parking spot that was not disclosed when I booked

Hotel nice but the customer...

Liked: Customer service is very bad they trying to over charge me I tried to explain but they trying to blackmail me I have to use a different card the other ways I was going to get a charge with $600 more it's only way they have to refund my money back to the card then I have to use a different card
Disliked: Customer service they are a thief

Liked: I went with some expectation but everything like beach, location, people exceeded everything I had in mind.
