Liked: Check in and out was a breeze.
Disliked: Went to lounge for a drink after returning from a wedding. Hoping to get a snack/appetizer but we were told the kitchen was closed.

My stay was amazing as...

Liked: The location is perfect, and the room vie was amazing!
Disliked: The only area I believe could be improved is the parking service. While the staff are always courteous and do their best, the system itself could be optimized, particularly to reduce both the cost and the wait time for retrieving vehicles.That said, the parking ticket clearly states that the wait time can be up to 30 minutes, and I truly appreciate the staff’s efforts to be as quick and helpful as possible.

Overall, I truly enjoyed my...

Liked: had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. The location is amazing, right on the Chicago River, and my room had a beautiful view. The room was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of food, which I really enjoyed
Disliked: The only small downside was the noise — the housekeeping knocks were a bit loud, and sounds from outside the room were noticeable, so better soundproofing would make the stay even more perfect.

I will be back

Liked: It was in a perfect location the heart of downtown Chicago got to enjoy all the sites and take all the tours right outside the hotel. Everything was in the walking distance and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
Disliked: The beds were a little hard but the pillows were soft everything else was great
