Liked: Check in and out was a breeze.
Disliked: Went to lounge for a drink after returning from a wedding. Hoping to get a snack/appetizer but we were told the kitchen was closed.

Disliked: No public pool or hot tub. Also, no free wi-fi in the room.

I will be back
Liked: It was in a perfect location the heart of downtown Chicago got to enjoy all the sites and take all the tours right outside the hotel. Everything was in the walking distance and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
Disliked: The beds were a little hard but the pillows were soft everything else was great

Liked: Loved the location and how many ammenities this place has - the restaurant/bar on site is so convenient but the staff is soooo jaded. More than twice I was met with a nice nasty attitude that was completely unwarranted. You can tell the staff here is fed up with dealing with people all day. I asked for them to clean my room and give me clean towels around 11 and they said “it probably won’t be done until late tonight” okay? Just say yes and move on! They literally did it within the hour, so I don’t know why that comment was necessary. And then when I checked in Cassie, the FRONT DESK was beyond rude. I told her I have an early check-in at 11 and she said there are no rooms available in a nice nasty tone and that we will get a text when one opens up. May be around 3. Not more than two minutes later I got a text saying the room was ready.
