Liked: Location of room, cleanliness, spacious. Pictures on line were identical to c what the resort looked like. Friendly staff. Golf course outstanding
Disliked: Website allowed to make reservations for their main dining area for dinner on a night t h wycwere not going to be open. Accommodated by sitting us in a different lounge but also different menu. Very disappointing

Liked: Great location, facilities and personnel.
Disliked: More flexibility in the restaurants for vegetarian guests.

Liked: Loved location.
Disliked: Mattress was very soft. Had a crevasse that we kept rolling into. Alarm in next room apparently was set from previous guest. Went off at 5:45. Couldn't go back to sleep. Water was worked on during the night, hallway smelled lime sewage.Second time we've been here. These things were minor. This hotel is beautiful.

Liked: Place was beautiful but didn't have time to use facilities (which were super clean and maintained)Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Hot water was shut off from 11pm - 5am sorestaurants closed early due to hot water maintenance couldn't even get drinks. No compensation.Pool looks larger in pictures.Huge extra charge for pets $185 extra - I truly understand there should be a fee but should be returned if pet (s) do not do any damage.Extra charge to park closer to hotel (not many there) - $10 extraFood could have been betterAutomatic door only opened one side automatically - staff was not around to help alleviateIt would have been nice if there was a dog run - fenced off.Go enjoy for yourself. Everyone's experience is different.

Disliked: Poor coordination with local airport. Airport folks were great but hotel didn't much care about to/from airport or a way to get downtown. Airport is 2mi from resort.
