My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice overnight while in town for a music festival. As soon as you step through the doors, everyone is welcoming and trying to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We will continue to book here if we ever visit Calgary again.

Liked: Consistent.
Disliked: Nothing.

If I was attending another Epcor Centre event, I would consider staying at the Hyatt.

Liked: Room was large and comfortable; fitness centre was excellent; staff very helpful.
Disliked: $25 parking fee was hard to swallow. Where else am I going to park? You really have to charge guests?

Liked: Awesome hotel; great friendly staff!

Liked: Fab location, excellent service from concierge & front desk. Room service good and of a good standard.
Disliked: The spa was closed for the weekend - no good to us as we were there during this time. Swimming pool & steam / Jacuzzi though good facilities weren't manned so many kids were throwing paper cups everywhere. Also steam room was continuously kept open by children so stayed cold.

Liked: From the start the staff were so friendly and helpful, including helping us figure out how early we needed to leave in the morning to avoid traffic caused by the marathon. The facilities were great and the room was extremely comfortable. The location was fantastic too, it was close to bars and restaurants so we were spoilt for choice. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

Dissapointment, expected more from 4star...

Liked: Location ok.
Disliked: Chosen because of swimming pool in 18 th floor. I’m regular swimmer. Looked marvellous on pictures. Reality: dirty pool walls, dirty water, bunch of yelling kids which were unattended because their parents were occupying gym where they ate pizza. Never more.
