My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice overnight while in town for a music festival. As soon as you step through the doors, everyone is welcoming and trying to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We will continue to book here if we ever visit Calgary again.

Liked: Consistent.
Disliked: Nothing.

If I was attending another Epcor Centre event, I would consider staying at the Hyatt.

Liked: Room was large and comfortable; fitness centre was excellent; staff very helpful.
Disliked: $25 parking fee was hard to swallow. Where else am I going to park? You really have to charge guests?

Liked: Awesome hotel; great friendly staff!

Liked: Front desk agents who were wonderful
Disliked: Restaurant hostess Marina who refused to seat us for breakfast saying they had no spare tables even though we were guests and had booked a breakfast package. She was cold and rude. I had to get the front desk to get us a table and Marina never apologized or anything. Super disrespectful to a parent traveling with kids.The pool is tiny and no room to swim as was full of German tourists.

We had an amazing experience...

Liked: Amazing location. It’s within walking distance of Calagary Tower, great restaurants, pubs and even the train station so its very easy to go around. The rooms on the higher floor have amazing view of the city. Check in and check out is a breeze and REJ in the front desk is very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Everything is exceptional except that the pool seems unclean as the water is not clear and just doesnt look like the any normal pool water would.

Liked: Great suite. We had 2 suites on 20th floor. My father is 90 and he had a great last trip on memory lane - as he is saying.
Disliked: Clean, very comfortable, great location, amazing view of downtown and river. Andrea took amazing care of our room and she was such a sweet lady to give us hugs every morning and smiling all the time. Hard working lady and very much appreciative of her guest. Thank you Andrea and Thank you Carlo at front reception. Outstanding work. Very friendly staff, the Restaurant was amazing..
