Hyatt Regency Buffalo Hotel and Conference Center

Be prepared to use your phone's GPS for directions to places you want to visit if you choose to stay here at the Hyatt because their people are not that knowledgeable of the area and I won't be staying there again.

Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: No continental breakfast; was not informed that hotel locks doors after certain hour and have to use valet entrance to get back in hotel; hotel desk couldn't give directions to concert venue and we were not told we needed new scan tag to get out of hotel self parking garage at check in or check out. Hotel needs to do better job training staff on how to inform and help guests with better directions on how to get places they want to visit.

My family stayed with Hyatt Regency Buffalo while attending the gold medal game at the World Juniors Hockey tournament. A cab was ordered but was being delayed. The parking attendant was so considerate that he personally drove my family and another couple to the game! Very thoughtful! Thank you!

The hotel and staff were very nice. I was surprised that the rooms did not have more towels and more coffee. We had to contact the front desk concerning in-room ordering and to get more coffee brought up to the room.

Room very clean and bed very comfortable. Loved the trolley - we used it everyday. Left car parked and the trolley brought us very close to First Niagara Center for concert. Found staff to be extremely helpful and courteous.

Disliked: Food very expensive in hotel.

Clean; very close to many attractions. Roof top pool in the winter was a plus. Very helpful staff.
