Fantastic location exceptional staff.

Liked: Location to the mall and restaurants is fantastic.
Disliked: Room was small and slightly dated. Nice bathroom though.

Very nice but not five...

Liked: Location was ideal and close to the city hall.The staff were exceptional especially Ken at the concierge.The food was very good except for room service
Disliked: Room service staff very nice but the hot chocolate was not hot more like cold chocolate milk and the Apple crumble ok but not worth $22. The AC in the room was noisey throughout the night. The tissue box was empty after only a few tissuesRoom was a bit old for a five star hotelHard to find despite using goggle maps

Liked: Location
Disliked: Some confusion on the breakfast. Was charged even though I didn't have it any of the 6-7 days I stayed. I was under the impression that you get charged onlywhen u have. However I was charged 200AUD on check out. Not had a single breakfast. Service level demand the hotel call up to check atleast once just yo confirm.
