Impeccable service and gorgeous hotel

Liked: Staff were amazing and friendly Room was beautiful. Loved the breakfast and hotel is in fantastic central location

Liked: Good
Disliked: A staff told me she was gonna send me email invoice but she didn’t. I asked through customer service desk about that as I needed it asap but they refused because they can’t. I had to go through too many process to get just one invoice for me. How ridiculous.

i enjoyed it. It was...

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good. The rooftop deck with cocktail bar and pool was lovely. The rooms are small, and I did have to ask for my shower head to be fixed. But the staff were very accommodating
Disliked: They messed up my breakfast booking and told me breakfast was included but ity wasnt.
