Liked: The location
Disliked: The beds were really uncomfortable and the aircon didn’t really flow in the room which made the room. Quite warm.

Heart of Queen street mall

Liked: Was in the city mall Bed was super comfy
Disliked: We arrived at 3.30pm and our hall had 3 trays of food at doors, 1 tray at our door scuff wasn’t ours. we went out come back about 8 pm and the tray was still at our door. We never ordered room service.
