An enjoyable stay

Liked: The terrace bar with pool was very nice.Staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: There were not enough coffee pods in room,most places I've stayed have been a lot more generous.

Lovely one night get away,...

Liked: Extremely friendly and helpful staff, Beautiful views of Brisbane and surrounds,
Disliked: The pillows in my room, I think everyone just gets used to their own pillow at home but once you laid on them they just sunk to become very flat and uncomfortable. But apart from that it was a beautiful one night business trip stay over. Thank you

Well worth it!

Liked: Excellent location for a quick Brisbane visit
Disliked: Small room issues.Elec had tripped so had to call an engineer.Plug location is right behind pillow in bed.Bathroom has slide out door, which wasn’t particularly private.Finding car park is impossible!

Not a Hyatt

Liked: breakfast was OKlocation quite good
Disliked: I don't know why Hyatt put their name to this hotel. it is definitely not Hyatt quality. crazy expensive for what it is. 4 star hotel at best

Disliked: Can be a little on the expensive side. But you expect it in CBD.

Accessible location Brisbane!

Liked: location was amazing, bed was very comfortable, room was a good size.
