Poor

Disliked: The vent system was very loud. I was told that since the windows can not be opened there was no way to turn the humming vent off at night. Lousy sleep because of the noise. Parking fee is too high.

Fair value

Liked: The hotel is in a nice location, it’s quiet and you feel safe. There is a nice restaurant/bar in the lobby and the front desk staff are really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: While the rooms were clean and there are extra amenities provided, the beds were horribly uncomfortable and you are able to feel the coils in the mattress. Also beware that even though they have a huge parking lot, they charge guests $15 a night parking that you have to pay for online.

Liked: The bar staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable.
Disliked: I couldn’t get a shuttle from the airport so I had to Uber. There was a shuttle in the other direction

Disliked: Beds not great. Too low and mattress could be better. No USB ports.

Management and kitchen staff are...

Liked: The bar was open late which was a positive as I coach hockey and spend long hours at the rink into the late evening. The kitchen was also open for me when I arrived at the hotel which was a surprise being a brought food back with me so unfortunately I did not get the opportunity to order anything.
Disliked: There was hair in my sink and the rim of the toilet. There was also a dirty sock left in the corner of my room.

Exceptional

I would definitely stay in...

Liked: The room was modern, comfortable, the somewhat small space well-used and a hotel that finally got the lighting right: Warm and even dimmable in one lamp. There was a nice green space outside for an lovely evening walk.
Disliked: The reception and restaurant area were a little cramped for a conference-level hotel and there was a bit of creaking from upstairs, but otherwise, everything was great!
