Disliked: The pricing of this hotel is overpriced IMO…almost 300 for one night which doesn’t include the $22 for overnight parking nor $60 fee that’s given back at check out. If you have a large truck/SUV you will need to pay valet because the small entrance to self parking will have you contacting your insurance company to get your bumper fixed smh. The rooms were nice, bathrooms definitely needed a deep clean and it’s extremely noisy at night. I’ve stayed in Birmingham multiple times and this is by far my least favorite hotel.

Liked: I like the location.
Disliked: Check in was at 4:00 I was told I’ll get a text when my room was ready waited a hour, no text. Went back down to the front desk was told to continue waiting. Waited another 30 minutes still no text. Went back down for a 3rd time and the lady was like oh you still haven’t received a text your room is ready now.
