Our stay wasn’t like we...

Liked: The room and the lobby was clean when we got there
Disliked: Me and my husband asked for room service twice and we didn’t get it during our stay.. We went down to the lobby to asked for room service to have our room clean we got put on the list.. my husband even asked the house keeping the room service people they told us we was on there list but then when we came back to our room it wasn’t clean! We even had feathers in our sheet the blanket had a hole in it… thats not normal other hotels do better than this… that was unacceptable how feathers was in our bed from the sheet and it made our sleep uncomfortable… an even feathers was sticking to our clothes

PERFECT!!!

Liked: The customer service was amazing, which is hard to come by these days. Every person who worked there from front desk to valet was so nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful, and beds were extremely comfortable. The location is perfect and so many things are in walking distance including the Galleria mall. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and hope to stay again.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect and beyond expectations.

Hotel was clean but the...

Liked: Location was good and the hotel and room was clean.
Disliked: The staff was unfriendly. We walked in to 3 people working at the desk and no one would look at us or speak to us for a bit. Smiling wasn’t a thing. Parking was ridiculous. $22 for a horrible parking garage that our truck barely fit in. And $10 for a bottle beer in the bar…. Good grief.
