The entire hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved our view and the food. Had a wonderful time!

Disliked: Nothing.

We loved staying here! It was very close to the Palmer Event Center. The staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were luxurious. It is within walking distance to many of the best restaurants in downtown Austin. We will stay here again!

Liked: We had a City view twin Queen room, the view was fantasticWe stayed in Austin for two full days which was enough to do most things, visit the capitol building, explore the city Paddle board and Kayak along the river and explore Ziker Park and Barton springs.

Liked: I like the location. I could cross the bridge to my meeting at 100 Congress. I like the proximity to the running/walking paths.

Disliked: How much it was to park your car overnight an extra $50

Liked: We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. A bit pricy but worth it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with plenty of amenities. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony—it gave us a front-row view of everything from the river to the sparkling lights of the Austin skyline. We would absolutely stay here again!
