We loved staying here! It was very close to the Palmer Event Center. The staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were luxurious. It is within walking distance to many of the best restaurants in downtown Austin. We will stay here again!

Liked: Parking is $52.00 a day!! We did not know this. The front desk girl was very nice in trying to help accommodate us.
Disliked: When we got to the room, the refrigerator was unplugged and filthy behind it. My mother had insulin that needed to be refrigerated. We had also requested a handicap accessible room. There was a tub with a handle bar to help get in and out of. Went back to front desk and said we wanted our deposit back, we were leaving. Said we would not get charged. Well, guess what. Charged almost $500.00 for staying 20 minutes!!

Disliked: The dumb system and COST of valet.!!! Hyatt has people implementing "safety" systems that is not client friendly..and they are so worried that the bill was paid for parking...they put a burdensome complicated system that apparently doesn't connect to the front desk system re the billing for services. ..I developed multi million dollar computer system on a global scale We had a mottoMake things easy for the user...It's not for the front deskThe valet personnelAnd MOST IMPORTANTLY THE CLIENTMAYBE THEY NEED TO RETHINK THE IMPOSITION TO ALL CONCERBED
