It was a stressful time...

Liked: Clean and comfortable room.
Disliked: My husband was a patient at Anschutz Medical Center for open heart surgery in ICU during entire stay. He was discharged unexpectedly from ICU. Hotel would not allow a refund for the 2nd night that I didn't need.

Hotel is not four star...

Liked: Some how location so so Good. Room is specious.new property
Disliked: No room cleaning everyday inspite of many reminders. No toothbrush,saving kit or comb.They are not providing two small drinking water daily basis.

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, the convenience and the number of EV chargers was fantastic. The shampoo and shower liquids were great. It was a quiet room and close to my business meeting in Lowry. I would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The A/C wouldn't go below 65 and room was a bit warm. It would've been nice to have it go just a little bit lower (62 maybe). I know it's a higher-end hotel, but a microwave would've have been wonderful - or a shared microwave. I brought a healthy meal from home and had no way to heat it up. One at the end of the hall - or one downstairs would've been awesome.

Wouldn’t book again.

Liked: Only the fitness center
Disliked: Location is bad , not much facilities in the room. Staff was a bit lost, we had to call them over n over again or go to the front desk to get even a toothpaste. Not worth the money.

Liked: Rooms are very clean, the stuff now how to do their job thanks
Disliked: Parking is usually easy, but this time was complicated. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful

Liked: Safe location. Very close to Denver Children's Hospital
Disliked: Charge for parking, charge for breakfast.

Meh.

Liked: The place was very nice and clean! The location of the hotel was nice. It's easy to get onto the interstate.
Disliked: The bed was so hard I tossed and turned all night, and my hips and lower back hurt the next day (i'm in my 20s). TV is in a weird location... I could watch it from bed, but it was kind of blocked by the coffee station. The lady who helped me check in wasn't helpful and acted like me, and another customer weren't even standing there. So that annoyed me right from the start.
