Very good

Liked: Safe location. Very close to Denver Children's Hospital
Disliked: Charge for parking, charge for breakfast.

Meh.

Liked: The place was very nice and clean! The location of the hotel was nice. It's easy to get onto the interstate.
Disliked: The bed was so hard I tossed and turned all night, and my hips and lower back hurt the next day (i'm in my 20s). TV is in a weird location... I could watch it from bed, but it was kind of blocked by the coffee station. The lady who helped me check in wasn't helpful and acted like me, and another customer weren't even standing there. So that annoyed me right from the start.

Liked: Father was having a very big life saving surgery at Anschutz, the shuttle back and forth was so helpful. The room was real nice, shower rain head was real nice! The staff from the restaurant asked each day about my Dad and how we were doing which we thought was so very nice!

Lots of construction in hotel...

Liked: Location is close to university of Colorado healthcare and reason for trip
Disliked: They did not see that I booked with booking.com and asked me to sign for much higher rate. Was given a lower grade room and charged for breakfast even when I showed my booking.com reservation number. Told several times the bill would be corrected for free breakfast but it never was.

Liked: nice spacious room and quit hotel.
Disliked: You need to request room cleaning in the afternoon, as it won’t be done otherwise. Additionally, they don’t provide drinking water bottles daily. We found that the cleaning service was minimal, only involving bed making and basic bathroom maintenance.
