Disliked: I wanted to call the operator or reception from the room but the phone didn’t work (or I didn’t understand how to use it). Such things have to be in order and explanation of usage must be crystal clear.Spa area was not so attractive, too simple for a 5*But overall was ok stay

Liked: Overall, the experience was exceptional and fully aligned with our expectations. The staff was courteous and professional, the rooms were spotless and contemporary in design, and the breakfast offered was of outstanding quality.

Disliked: Very long process for check in, cheap welcome desk regarding the usual Hyatt standards and the expensive price of the room. No enough staff for the breakfast. The bar close early. The parking is amazingly expensive (5€ by hour 24/7)
