Ideal hotel for a holiday...

Liked: Quiet location, accessible by train and underground. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. Thoughtful facilities like water fountain to refill water to reduce plastic.
Disliked: Uncomfortable pillows. Unintuitive climate control panel.

nice hotel for short break

Liked: I liked a lot the design of the hotel and rooms, it was spacious with enough light and big windows. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices and very tasty. the hotel was 3 min walk from metro and 3 station away from railway station. they serve complimentary water each day.
Disliked: There is a spa in the hotel but it is a little weired that you can book massage or other beauty procedures only online and there is no one in the spa who manages the schedule, at least I didn't find anyone and receiptionist advised me to do it online with pre-paid only option. Spa services are provided by different company although you can use SPA any time during day if you don't need other services. Limited choice of food in the bar and on weekend indonesian restaurant in the hotel served only menu

Exceptional

Excellent hotel and well worth...

Liked: The breakfast was outstanding. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Our room was large and light. The beds very comfortable. I will be recommending the Regency Hyatt hotel, and will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The location was not very central and there were not a lot of restaurants nearby. However the Metro and trams were close to the hotel.
