Disliked: Access to the room is only at 15 and when we arrived at 15 it was not ready. We had to explain this was not ok, to have a proposal for an immediately free room, which was for fairness of superior category. For this category of hotel, this should go without saying and the client should not have to « ask » to receive a fair compensation when a problem occurs.

The breakfast included fresh options, like local cheeses.

Liked: The Staff is really Friendly Special Thanks to Edika at Reception she is really helpful and the Restaurant Manager Edwin he is an amazing guy and the service he provided and the way he treated us was just amazing. The property location is right Center of everything and there service and hospitality is Best considering Europe Hotel staff Hardly helps they are just amazing
