Will not stay there again!

Liked: Convenience.
Disliked: Our room had no hair dryer. Our phone did not work. We called from our cell phone to get a hair dryer and also to report that the toilet did not flush. Someone was there working on it at midnight but did not get it fixed.

Liked: Location; Starbucks coffee in room and comfortable beds.
Disliked: We were told we could check in early and planned our trip accordingly. However when we arrived we were not allowed to check in until 2:45.

It was a nice stay. The construction in the lobby was a visual problem and we certainly didn't want to hang out there. The front desk folks were very helpful and nice.

Great stay, but not without...

Liked: We stay here often because we know rooms are spacious, quiet and thr this are the largest in any hotel we have stayed in.
Disliked: On check out day I was appalled that the cleaning staff walked into my room while I was sleeping and naked. It was an insane invasion of privacy that should not have ever happened.

Good location but desperate need...

Liked: The location was very close to the event.
Disliked: The property is in desperate need of updating. The WiFi was horrible and the TV was still on satellite that you lost signal constantly. The shower was so small it feels like your head was going to hit the roof. The hall ways were very hot.
