Hotel does not take responsibility...

Liked: I liked the morning and cleaning staff -- all friendly. The front desk people were not very welcoming, and one seemed to bossy to the other. They did not give their attention to the clients. They were very cold and uninformative. One stopped helping me to help another person and then neither of knew who she was helping until I asked.And when we accidentally ordered a movie on the TV the front desk would not reimburse. The TV overall was not working properly -- not just a too fast purchase of. a movie we thought we were surfing by --- no way to confirm you meant to purchase the movie! ut the tv often froze and often had snow/noise problem.
Disliked: Then before leaving I explained the TV issue to someone in the managers office who may have been a regional manager. Instead of saying we are sorry and we will reimburse the cost of the movie he said he would have to see if the third party provider of tv services would reimburse us. I am a guest of Hyatt Hotels -- not the third party provider -- and I expect Hyatt to take responsibility for the problematic TV service.
