Hotel does not honor reservation...

Disliked: Hotel refused to honor the reservation we made on Booking.com. Told us all rooms are sold out. Defeated the whole purpose of making reservations in advance. Traveller’s worst nightmare. Too late to find somewhere else so one of our guys had to sleep on the street.

Disliked: The price was outrageous and felt like a rip off..500$ for one night is crazy. Nothing even decent was available close so I had to pay this price but felt gouged….

Liked: GoodBreakfast ; it was fresh and had a very good variety of items.. the staff was outstanding always eager toAssist with any requests
Disliked: Telepphne and cable were offFor one day … staff tried to assist but needed the person who worked on internet sustem to come into make the proper adjustments.. but i was adequately compensated foe the inconvenience

A nice business hotel, but...

Liked: The Hyatt is located at the wonderful Riverfront, outside Wilmington city center. The hotel offers a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Also the breakfast is great, offering a wide selection of fresh fruits. Housekeeping is doing a good job: rooms are very clean .
Disliked: When booking a Hyatt, a certain level of quality and hospitality is expected. I must admit that it has been a while that I was that disappointed in the reception desk (not the lady with the blond hair - she was very friendly and helpfull): unfriendly; every ask was too much, mumbling... Dring my stay, there was a big party ongoing in the conference center (youngsters) that cause a lot of noise / deep beats. I had difficulties to get a sleep. Very disappointing for me as a business traveler. Although the hotel is quite new, it already start giving a bit a worn-out impression on wood, paint,... Also very surprising that the room airco is making a terrible noise for such a recent building...Not sure that for my next business trip I will go for the Hyatt again: price / quality my expectations were definitely not met.
