Great location but breakfast was...

Liked: Location and the room space
Disliked: Again the breakfast needs attention. This is our second stay this month and there is not enough food for guests. Hotel is completely full and there is one 4 quart Dutch oven with no eggs left in it the other Dutch oven had a few sausages left but there were at least 10 people in line waiting on the eggs. When the next small pot came out the eggs were gone after about 7 to 8 people and there the rest of us stood. We left and came back down 30 minutes later only to find the same scenario. You must do better Hyatt. Put a lot more food out …the hotel was sold out and kids were everywhere waiting around too. Oh and the orange juice was empty for at least 20 mins.

Liked: The breakfast was cold and there was not enough food for the amount of people and children waiting to eat. The hotel was booked full so it should have been prepared for that. Also not enough seating to eat for breakfast. There really is no bar or restaurant so that should be addressed because we went by your website and were very disappointed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Disliked: I requested adjoining rooms when I booked through booking.com. I even talked to a lady at the hotel confirming they had one. When I got there the 2 rooms were across the hall from each other. Not adjoining like I requested and confirmed. They were completely sold out of rooms. Very disappointing not to be together.

Filthy and uncomfortable

Liked: Our room had open tobacco pouches laying around, large amounts of fluids splattered on the walls and dirty wash clothes . We had to split our family up and get different rooms because management said the room we booked needed deep cleaned.
Disliked: So very unclean
