Exceptional

Liked: The location was very convenient and my room was very nice. I was in town for a funeral and checked in after midnight. I was only in my room for a few hours but it was very quiet and I was able to sleep well.
Disliked: I would have liked to have a bathtub instead of a walk in shower (I didn't ask and just assumed there would be a tub). In the future, I will request a room with a tub.

Disliked: The breakfast needs to start earlier on weekends. Most of the people were there for tournaments and have to be gone before breakfast starts.

Liked: The breakfast was on a whole new level with dishes and a stove top and the appearance of being in someone's kitchen. There was fresh fruit and many other items to select from.

Disliked: The travel ball boys were running up and down the halls at all hours and knocking on all the doors. I know it's a parenting issue, but it's still frustrating.

Great location but breakfast was...

Liked: Location and the room space
Disliked: Again the breakfast needs attention. This is our second stay this month and there is not enough food for guests. Hotel is completely full and there is one 4 quart Dutch oven with no eggs left in it the other Dutch oven had a few sausages left but there were at least 10 people in line waiting on the eggs. When the next small pot came out the eggs were gone after about 7 to 8 people and there the rest of us stood. We left and came back down 30 minutes later only to find the same scenario. You must do better Hyatt. Put a lot more food out …the hotel was sold out and kids were everywhere waiting around too. Oh and the orange juice was empty for at least 20 mins.
