Hotel was good as long as you stay inside and never come outside for anything. And don't order room service.

Liked: Room was clean; view at night through large window was pretty; employee's were pleasant.
Disliked: Inside hotel was OK, but outside was a different story. Bad area, rats running around outside of hotel. I was standing outside and one ran over my foot. Food was expensive and not very good.

Liked: We never bothered with breakfast.The room is a good size, especially for two people. We did not sit/use the couch because of the stains.
Disliked: The location wasn't great. Fortunately, we were happy to do a lot of walking. If you are unable or unwilling this location is a challenge.The room is a good size, especially for two people. We did not sit/use the couch because of the stains. We were there for three nights. Upon check in I requested room service the following morning. We NEVER received any service. The front desk staff was apologetic but ineffectual. We had to call for clean towels each day. We requested more hangers - that took two days. On our last day we returned to our room late in the evening to find plastic bags in front of our door. one filled with dirty towels, one with garbage. My request to have them removed went unheeded. I finally dragged them down the hall. The bed was never made once (except by me).You can do much better than this.

Disliked: NO MICROWAVE WITH ROOMS Our room came with a sofa couch that was out dated. I asked for a new one but was told I had to switch rooms and be chargered for a different room so we requested extra pillows since we didn’t want to pay extra for a sofa bed change. Took 3 hours for towels , pillows and blankets when we requested early morning. And $100 dollar fee deposit A DAY was told when we arrived but not through booking, through booking it’s miss informed of the fee

Disliked: the AC was spotty and made the room super dry. The property is also quite outdated and is showing its age. the bathroom sink was barely functional since the water was hitting the edge of the bowl

Clean but expensive parking

Liked: We chose the hotel because we were told there was parking. But when we got to the hotel, there was only expensive valet parking. My car was temporarily and improperly parked in front of the hotel for a few hours before my care was valeted.
Disliked: I dont think valet parking should be considered parking since there is no available parking lot.
