Hotel was good as long as you stay inside and never come outside for anything. And don't order room service.
Liked: Room was clean; view at night through large window was pretty; employee's were pleasant.
Disliked: Inside hotel was OK, but outside was a different story. Bad area, rats running around outside of hotel. I was standing outside and one ran over my foot. Food was expensive and not very good.

Efficient and cost effective stay...
Liked: Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The room decor is quite a bit dated. water from the shower got out of the bathroom ocassionally.

All in all, unfortunately not...
Liked: I liked the location, it was convenient and well situated, which made getting around super easy.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing overall, mainly because of the check-in experience. On Booking.com, the check-in time was listed as 3 PM, and we arrived right on time. However, at the reception we were told that check-in wasn’t until 4 PM. If I had known that in advance, I wouldn’t have booked this hotel, as my day in Washington was tightly scheduled – and the delay threw everything off.Despite this, we ended up waiting over an hour at the reception, and even by 4 PM, the room still wasn’t ready. They told us it would only be another 5 minutes, but we had to wait more than 20. That was really unreliable.What made the situation worse was the behavior of the staff – they were rude, unhelpful, and far from welcoming. I didn’t feel cared for or respected as a guest.The room itself also left much to be desired. It wasn’t properly cleaned, and in the bathroom, the ventilation was covered in dust and the towel rack was rusty, which gave a very unhygienic impression.

Disliked: The room I booked wasn’t available. Was offered two different rooms to where the sink was clogged and the air wasn’t working in the other. There was a pile of dirty towels and travels outside of the doors of my rooms.
